1. Scooter availability

In the app, enter your private fleet code to see all available scooters. You can get the private fleet code from the fleet manager.

2. Scan and unlock

Scan the QR-code on the e-scooter with your phone to unlock and release it from the docking station.

3. Start your ride

Once the e-scooter is unlocked you are ready to go! Please wear a helmet and mind your surroundings.

4. Pause

You can pause your trip at any time by entering the app and pressing "Pause".

5. Returning the e-scooter

When you're done, please return the e-scooter to its docking station. The docking will play a sound when the e-scooter is parked correctly, and start charging it immediately. Remember to stop your trip in the app.
